Items on the website are in stock for immediate dispatch, unless the product is marked as a pre-order or unless they are a customer order in which case specific details of shipping timelines are indicated in the product description.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days of your order and all orders are send via Royal Mail. If you have any specific requests about shipping or shipping times please contact us using firstname.lastname@example.org or add a note to us when ordering and we will try and fulfill any requests.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return, either for refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards and instant downloads of patterns or tutorials are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (even if you contacted us within 14 days).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check all channels of your method of payment; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Whilst I do my best to make sure everything leave my crafting room in perfect condition and packaged securely, I understand that sometimes things can reach their destination defective or damaged. We will replace items if this is the case. Please note however that as most of my items are one-of-a-kind and handcrafted, you might not be able to get exactly the same thing. if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number to arrange an exchange.
For both refunds and exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
